The "validate" button appears under the keyboard so Im unable to click it to progress in the sign up process. This is awful.

Started off almost functional. Now? Useless.

Sorry taxi drivers if you cant figure out that Uber is a good thing and you can become self employed and pay less fees you are missing an opportunity. Vote yes to Uber and maybe we as customers can actually get a ride for once instead of standing in the rain

The terms and conditions say that sign-up is free of charge but Yellow Cab charged my Amex $2 seconds after signing up. Then the app says the service is not available at my address. Not acceptable.

App doesnt load properly or tell you that a cab is on its way. Then you get a call from an angry taxi driver because their waiting outside.

Not a secure service at all! I pre-ordered a cab and it picked up someone else and charged my card! This was only $10 but could have been a lot worse. Do not give them your credit card! No response from cab company or the app. Hoping Vancouver gets Uber soon.

This new app. has some growing pains. Hope the developer fixes them, soon, as Uber is dangerous (Ive researched it extensively), and EXTREMELY u fair to drivers and companies, who pay a LOT to be licensed and insured.

This app has potential but its another fail for the Vancouver taxi cartel. App will show available taxis but then when trying to book, nothing ... nothing ... nothing. Have actually been able to book a cab twice out of 6 attempts. No driver ratings. Not good enough.

Beware: I booked a car 3 hours in advance. The registration was accepted and I had a confirmation number. Silly me - I thought that meant that a cab would show up to take me to the airport in time. NO!!!! It may not be the apps fault, but it is a completely unreliable service. Give me Uber!

App is full of bugs and charges credit card without even using service. Tried to reverse charge by using the "contact Ecab" option. Entered all information only to have the "ok" to submit button not work. Awful app. Awful experience.

They charged me $5 and the cab didnt even come and the app didnt even show that it connected to a cab. This app is garbage. You cant even complain because the contact form doesnt work in the app. This is insane.

I watched a cab that didnt even come close to my location pick up and drop someone off and charge me for it. Worst first impression and deleted app immediately afterwards.

Dont give them your credit card. If you order a taxi the driver can charge your card even if he doesnt pick you up! Ive been billed twice for rides i never got! This app needs to be pulled from the App Store!!!

Ive used the app 4 times - 3 perfect rides, and one cancellation (the cab drove around and couldnt find me for some reason) that I wasnt charged for. Only major issue is that the app says that the cab has arrived before it actually does (usually about 5 minutes off) and standing in the rain is pretty annoying.

This is your response to uber guys? Tried using it twice and I regretted it both times. Over charged because they sent 2 cabs and then was also charged $2 just for hailing rides. Eventually after emailing got my money back but come on. Also the actual function of the app is probably some of the worst I have ever seen. Deleted the app and will wait it out until Uber/Lyft comes to YVR.

I tried using this three times. The first two times, the driver showed up at the wrong address 3 times and blamed me, when all I did was click a button to book the car. Another time I used it, the car never showed up. Then a few weeks later a $5 “no show” charge appears on my credit card. I call the company and try to get this resolved, but the operations manager never returns my call. Do not use this app, it’s way more practical to call by phone, and they won’t be able to charge you without your consent. Better yet, wait for Uber and use that. The difference in experience between these two services is so vast, they should really just turf this terrible app. Using this app really pushed me further towards Uber and gave me a bad impression of the local cab companies, when it was already pretty low.

I wouldnt bother downloading this app. Its nothing like uber. Stinky cabs. The drivers arent familiar with the areas they have to drive ( I constantly have to feed them directions) and they have typically poor driving skills that make me cringe every time I get in a cab. Please gives us uber.
