Not bad when it works

Ive used it three times. First time worked well, although you have to tip/sign for the ride with a form the driver gives you instead of doing this through the app. The second time it worked well until I got a notification there was a problem processing payment. This despite the fact the charge clearly shows up on my card statement. The last time it didnt work at all and I just called for a cab.
