Charged me & never provided cab!

I was trying to help the cab drivers & use this app in Dublin instead of UBER, but all I got was HOSED! I typed in my address & the app said "4 minutes." When I clicked "confirm," app just swirled for 2 solid minutes, saying "requesting a car." Then, all of a sudden, the app changed and said "request cancelled, customer absent." Also, a CHARGE of €13! Considering I was standing in the lobby of my hotel & NO CAB ever showed up, this is completed crap. I still had to ask the reception desk at the hotel to call me a cab & will now need to fight this charge with my bank. This app is a total scam, IMHO.
