Impossible to use

I cant even set up an account to use this service because the app is so poorly designed. Each time I get to the second registration screen, where I enter my name and phone number and accept the terms and conditions, I can press validate because the button is below the keypad. I can temporarily scroll it above the keypad but I cant tap it to complete registration.

Theres also now instructions or FAQ for the app. I want to use this service but the designers dont want me to!
