Flawed service
After cancelling a reservation and receiving confirmation "trip cancelled without charge" the cabbie showed up, phoned me, and threatened me with a $5 no-show fee.
In addition to poor implementation of the app, the cab driver had no customer service skills.
This morning I tried to submit a comment using the in-app function and it it just does not work.
All in all, this is amateurish from start to finish.
